Deployment
Deployment models, runtime options, authentication, and infrastructure requirements.
Deployment models
- DataSitr-hosted pilot — fastest start; we provision and manage a Saudi VPS (1-2 days)
- Customer-hosted deployment — your team deploys on your Saudi infrastructure using our deployment guide (1-3 days)
- On-premises — same as customer-hosted on your datacenter hardware; no cloud dependency
Runtime options
- Docker + Compose (recommended) — single command, dashboard build, health checks
- systemd — for environments where Docker is not available; requires Python 3.12+ and Node.js 20+
Authentication options
- API key (default) — Bearer token in Authorization header,
sv_prefix keys, role-scoped - OIDC SSO (optional) — Authorization Code + PKCE flow via corporate IdP
Infrastructure requirements
- Minimum (pilot) — 2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM, 20 GB SSD, Ubuntu 22.04+, Saudi region
- Recommended (production) — 4+ vCPU, 8+ GB RAM, 50+ GB SSD, off-host backup
