Status
Customer-safe service status and what each public health surface is intended to answer.
Public health surfaces
- /healthz is the simplest uptime check for load balancers and monitors.
- /v1/health provides richer lane, provider, and freshness details for operators and customers.
- /metrics is intentionally protected and should be scraped only by authorized operators.
How to interpret status
A healthy service means the API process is up and its configured privacy-routing surfaces are responding. A degraded service usually indicates provider, freshness, or dependency issues rather than a full platform outage.
What customers should do
If the dashboard is reachable but a lane or provider is degraded, use the in-product Help Center and operator guidance first. For broader incidents, contact your DataSitr operator with the request ID shown in the dashboard or API response.
