Per-request billing model, pilot and production packaging, and what is included at every tier.
Billing model
DataSitr bills per API request. There are no seat licenses, no per-user fees, and no upfront commitments for the pilot phase.
Cost factors
- Privacy lane — green lane (external AI) uses the cheapest providers; amber/red (in-Kingdom) may cost more
- AI provider and model — provider token rates vary
- Token usage — input + output tokens consumed
- Lane base charge — optional per-request minimum per lane
Pilot vs production
- Pilot — free or negotiated flat fee, 2-4 weeks, single tenant, full feature access, direct founder support
- Production — pay-per-request in SAR, configurable rate card per tenant, real-time billing via dashboard
What is included at every tier
- Three-lane PII detection and routing
- AES-256-GCM encrypted vault
- PDPL-aligned processing records (5-year retention)
- Subject rights (export, delete, rectify)
- Multi-provider AI routing
- Customer dashboard, API key management, rate limiting, and webhooks
What is not yet included
- Contractual SLA — pilot operates on best-effort basis
- SOC 2 / ISO 27001 certification — controls implemented, formal audit planned
- Uniform provider-token streaming across every upstream path — not yet implemented
- Dedicated support tiers — direct founder support during pilot
