Service scope

DataSitr is provided as a privacy gateway between customer applications and configured AI providers. It is intended to help route requests safely, preserve auditability, and support PDPL-aware operations.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the prompts, documents, and downstream actions you submit through the service. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse of providers, credential theft, or attempts to bypass tenant or privacy controls.

Access and roles

Access is controlled by API keys and roles. Super admins operate the platform, tenant admins manage their tenant scope, and tenant keys are restricted to customer-facing usage paths.

Provider dependencies

Availability depends on the configured upstream AI providers and the selected privacy lane. A separate commercial agreement should define any production SLA, support window, or uptime commitment.

Migration and environments

This deployment may operate in pilot, test, or production modes. DataSitr operator is responsible for configuring branding, public contact details, and final domain settings before public launch.

Governing law

The governing law and jurisdiction for these terms will be specified in the signed commercial agreement. Until finalized, these placeholder terms are interpreted under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
